Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wyatt Lens, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • Only items purchased directly from Wyatt Lens are eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Special orders or personalized/custom products

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or other agreed methods (excluding COD)

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after the item is received

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost if eligible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at [email protected].

Important Notes

  • We do not offer pick-up services for returns. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  • Always use a reliable courier with tracking for your return shipment.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
